Canadore College, Agricultural Buildings
Canadore College, a two-time recipient of the ImpAct-Climate Campus Living Lab initiative, partnered with Modular Energy Solution to launch solar-powered modular labs focused on climate-resilient food production and emissions reduction. These innovative facilities advance Indigenous food access, showcase sustainable building practices, and demonstrate renewable energy in action.
Nanaimo Housing Units
Modular Energy Solution proudly manufactured and shipped modular housing units from Niagara Falls to Nanaimo, where our partners at Matrix Aviation expertly assembled them to support individuals transitioning out of the shelter system. This project showcases the power of innovative construction and cross-country collaboration to create meaningful impact in Canadian communities.
Our Livable Solutions, Sleeping cabins
Our Livable Solutions (OLS) launched a sleeping cabin pilot project in Kingston to provide safe, dignified shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness, supported by funding from the City and United Way. Partnering with Modular Energy Solution, OLS delivered energy-efficient, fire-retardant cabins designed for year-round comfort, mobility, and regulatory compliance—offering a scalable alternative to traditional shelters.
Brock University, Solar Powered Signs
Modular Energy Solution partnered with a sign manufacturer to deliver solar-powered wayfinding signs for Brock University, featuring LED lighting, glass-free solar modules, and a self-charging battery system. The result was a sleek, low-maintenance solution that reduced carbon emissions and eliminated the need for external power infrastructure.
