Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)

ADUs are a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution for housing in a variety of circumstances and climates. Our fiberglass panel system means that they can be heated solely by the use of a mini-fridge.

The interior of the accessory dwelling unit (ADU) manufactured by MES’s system is designed to be cozy and versatile, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. These include remote job sites, home office spaces, tiny home communities, emergency housing, meeting rooms, student study rooms, homeless shelters, and many more.

Each ADU is built to a standard size of 12 feet in length, 8 feet 4 inches in width, and 9 feet 4 inches in height. The unit weighs 2,400 pounds and is insulated with 4-inch fiberglass panel walls and a reinforced 6-inch fiber panel floor. The ADU comes equipped with all necessary electrical connections and energy-efficient LED lighting. Additionally, each unit is equipped with an air exchange unit to ensure fresh clean air.
